Applications are invited from suitably qualified graduates (at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree or a Masters degree). Maintenance grant of £13,290 plus UK/EU tuition fees to support three to four years' full-time research, subject to satisfactory progress. There will also be a requirement to undertake a small amount of teaching on relevant academic programmes. Application is by letter and curriculum vitae, including the names of two referees.

  • Tate Liverpool - Art History, and the impact of politics on artists' practice;
  • The Bluecoat - Archival and Social History, definitions of practice.
